Jeff Allen has over 25 years of information technology experience, and spent 22 years with the State of Indiana at the Indiana Office of Technology before joining Government Sourcing Solutions.  During his time working for the State of Indiana, Jeff served in a variety of leadership roles including Chief Operations Officer, Deputy COO – End User Services, and Interim State CIO.

Allen believes technology is at the heart of what drives good government and enjoys working with government and business leaders to find ways that technology can help government run more efficiently to improve the lives of everyday people.

While leading the day-to-day operations of the State of Indiana’s technology infrastructure, Jeff led several large statewide technology implementations and was responsible for managing over 60% of the Indiana Office of Technologies budget, which was primarily funded through a charge back model.

Allen resides in Fishers, Indiana with his wife and three children.  He enjoys boating, camping, and live music.
